1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RWAInfluencers.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional guidelines published on the Site. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
2. Description of Service
RWAInfluencers.com is a discovery directory operated by the Tokenized Asset Foundation that connects brands, issuers, and protocols with social media creators covering tokenization, digital securities, and related asset classes. The Site facilitates introductions and campaign inquiries but is not a party to any agreement reached between you and a listed creator.
3. Influencer Listings
- Listings are provided for informational and discovery purposes and do not constitute financial advice or an endorsement by the Foundation.
- Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their submitted channel information, follower counts, audience data, and campaign pricing.
- The Foundation reserves the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
4. Campaign Inquiries
Submitting a campaign inquiry expresses interest in a potential partnership and does not guarantee a response, booking, or campaign placement. Any commercial arrangement, including pricing, deliverables, and disclosure obligations, must be agreed directly between the requesting party and the creator.
5. Promotional Disclosure
All sponsored creator activity arranged through the Site must comply with applicable FTC, SEC, and regional promotional disclosure requirements. Creators and brands must clearly identify paid content, avoid unsupported investment claims, and observe accredited investor restrictions where relevant.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site, including its design, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to the Tokenized Asset Foundation. Creator-submitted content remains the property of its respective owner. You may not copy, redistribute, or scrape the directory without prior written permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Using the Site to facilitate unregistered securities offerings or illegal activity.
- Attempting to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Site.
- Scraping or bulk-copying influencer data without authorization.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Foundation does not guarantee the accuracy of follower counts, audience data, or campaign outcomes. See our Disclaimer page for additional detail.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Foundation and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any partnership arranged through it.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
